Does anyone have a video or how-to? I'm surprised I couldn't find one on youtube.
I'm sure it's not too hard to figure it out but I don't want to reinvent the wheel.
Thanks

I want to say this is it. IIRC from when I used it after installing the Road race pulley, this is what it was.

Here is also a link to some pics. This is for a caliber, but the 2.0 and 2.4 I believe still use the same diagram as the older World engines. The bottom end on both engines are the same, and I don't think the different top ends effects the serpentine belt diagram

Thanks, I don't need the belt routing, I can just look at it. More interested in knowing in advance what's involved in getting the belt in and out. Does the engine mount need to come out? Can it be done from the top or do I need to go through the wheelwell? Also, are the idler and tensioner pulleys normally replaced with the belt or are they good for the long run?

That question might be answered in the link I provided. The process should just be to use socket and loosen then tension pulley and pull it off. Unless you suspect any pulleys failing, then they should be good. I believe you will need to do it from the wheel well to access all the locations for belt routing. Take it off the crank pulley first, and then everything else should slide back off. Just like most serpentine belts, it can be a royal pain to get back on.

CAUTION:
Do not let the tensioner arm snapback to the fully extended position, severe damage may occur to the tensioner.

1.Install the accessory drive belt (5).

2.Install the inner wheel splash shield.

3.Install the right front wheel.

4.Connect the negative battery.

5.Install the engine cover.

The FSM does not give any guidelines for when to replace the tensioner or idler pulley. Obviously if your current tensioner is unable to prevent belt slipping or you are throwing the belt, then there may be a loose bearing or a bad spring. What symptoms are you having that you want to replace the serpentine belt?
